Operating: Do not leave hot water unattended or allow children or pets near. 1.DO NOT start the appliance without filling the tank with water first. 2.To fill the tank with water : .Turn the gas valve on the bain marie to the OFF position. .Take up a GN pan,put water into the water box,should be kept 1/2 water box's deepness with water height. 3. To light the pilot light: Make sure all knobs are in the OFF position. Turn open the propane supply valve. Turn the gas valve knob counter clockwise to the PILOT position. Depress gas valve and hold it down while lighting the pilot 4.After pilot lights, continue to hold down the gas valve for about 1 minute. 5.Turn the gas valve and let the pilot burn for about 2 minutes 6.If the pilot light is out, repeat steps 3-4 seconds 7.To turn the bain marie off and the gas valve to the OFF position 8.Turn the LPG tank valve OFF and DISCONNECT the tank. 9.The cover of tank is designed for keeping unit warm and clean.
